Depending on the automation workflows you configure, our application may access the following Google services and data:
Gmail – Email headers (to/from, subject, date) and, if required for your workflow, email body and attachments.
Google Drive – File names, metadata, and file content when needed for processing.
Google Calendar – Event details including title, time, attendees, and description.
Google Contacts – Contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, and related metadata.
Google Docs – Document titles, metadata, and content if required for automation tasks.
Google Sheets – Spreadsheet titles, metadata, and cell content where workflows depend on data extraction or updates.
Google Meet – Meeting details such as meeting IDs, titles, scheduled time, participants, and descriptions if needed for reminders or notifications.
YouTube – Channel, video, and metadata information when workflows involve YouTube integrations.
Other Google Workspace Products (if applicable) – Limited data necessary to perform the specific workflow you authorize.
We always request only the minimum permissions required to perform the functions you explicitly authorize.
Your Google data is used only to provide and improve the functionality of our application. Examples include:
Automating workflows that process emails, files, or events.
Synchronizing data between Google services and other apps you choose.

We do not use Google user data for:

Minimal operational logs (timestamps, error messages) are retained for troubleshooting and system reliability for up to 90 days.

Users may also revoke our access via their Google Account Permissions.
Our servers may process data outside your country of residence. Any international data transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and use appropriate safeguards.
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
